I buy a lot and I know what I am talking about. Not only is this system garbage, but you also have to pay the shipping to return the product due to the company's terrible product. DO NOT BUY. DVD player with its up convert makes regular DVDs great, almost Blue Ray in looks. The AM FM tuner works great, no troubles at all. Once it is all hooked up, my PS3 has awesome surround sound. Just switch over to AUX - same setting as your TV and boom good to go. Cons: Only Cons I can say is that the sub is a bit weak. And the wires could be a bit longer, but easy fix. Buy speaker wire... and cut to the length you need. All in All. This is just a great starter Surround sound, for a great and cheap price. You can barely get any bass out of the sub and speakers, and the receiver (DVD player) looks like and functions like a 1990's electronic. My TV speakers were almost as good as this system. And if my TV speakers are almost as good as a 5.1 surround sound system, something isn't right. Don't buy this. Save your money. Awful. |
